Welcome to Golden Hour Blooms! By accessing, browsing, or placing an order through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. General Information

Golden Hour Blooms provides handcrafted floral arrangements, seasonal bouquets, gifts, and subscription services. All products are subject to availability and natural variation. Photos on the website are for inspiration purposes; actual arrangements may vary based on flower availability and seasonal changes.

2. Ordering & Payment

  • Order Processing: Orders are confirmed once full payment is received.

  • Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options through Wix.

  • Pricing: Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Taxes and delivery fees (if applicable) are calculated at checkout.

3. Delivery

  • Local Delivery: We currently offer delivery to select cities in Southern Idaho including Buhl, Wendell, Filer, Castleford, Hagerman, and Bliss.

  • Delivery Timing: While we aim to fulfill all deliveries on the selected date, we do not guarantee exact delivery times.

  • Recipient Absence: If the recipient is not available, we may leave the flowers in a safe place or attempt redelivery. Additional fees may apply.

4. Subscription Services

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually depending on your selection.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time, but cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle.

  • Arrangement Themes: Subscriptions include seasonal or holiday-themed arrangements curated by our designer.

5. Refunds & Returns

Due to the perishable nature of flowers:

  • We do not accept returns.

  • If there is a quality concern or delivery issue, please contact us within 24 hours at blooms@goldenhouridaho.com with photos and a description of the issue. We may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

6. Custom Orders

We welcome special requests and custom bouquet designs, but:

  • All custom orders must be finalized at least 7 days in advance.

  • Deposits may be required and are non-refundable after order confirmation.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, images, logos, and product names are the property of Golden Hour Blooms and may not be used, reproduced, or distributed without permission.

8. Website Use

By using our site, you agree not to:

  • Use it for illegal or unauthorized purposes

  • Attempt to disrupt or damage the site functionality

  • Harvest or misuse customer data

9. Limitation of Liability

Golden Hour Blooms is not responsible for delays, damages, or losses due to weather, courier delays, or other events outside our control. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of your order.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
